Do not go here. They charged me 100 dollars for terrible nails which I said time and time again during the process that I didn’t like them. They are extremely thick, misshapen, the nail art is bad and they tried to tell me that’s how they are supposed to be and on top of that the the manager was saying she thinks they look good and did not do one thing to help.

Rushed job. I don’t recommend. My nails turned out below average and my eyebrow wax was terrible—the lady who did it didn’t give it any shape and acted annoyed when I asked her to clean it up a little more. I will NOT be returning! Lady at the counter was a little cold—I hope my race didn’t play a factor in this, as I noticed the neighborhood this salon is in appears to serve a predominantly white and Asian community—and the guests that came in during my service all received warm greetings and the staff initiated and engaged in friendly banter with them. Lastly they didn’t even say thank you or anything after my leaving.

It was hard to communicate with her, not to judge but I didn’t understand a word coming out her mouth. Kept going against what I requested, I told her I wanted it a bit longer and she said no shorter. After applying the acyclic nail, she placed the glue on top and I found that a little weird and maybe that explains why it looks lumpy in the middle of my nail. I was expecting the powder dip thingy but no. It was neat and well painted, but the lump really killed it.

I have been their customer for over 5 years now. I never had any issues with the staffs and the place. It’s always been neat, clean and fresh flowers planted indoors in a pot by the owner’s husband. The place is big too. Liz the owner is the only I trusted with my mani and Merci for pedi, they’re both really good as well. Although her staffs are good but these 2 I’m only used to with. I’m very picky and particular and they know. I get my money’s worth. I get massages when doing my nails, I loved it. The staffs are friendly and you always get greeted when you come in. I will not change a nail salon in the future unless I move out of state.

Martha does my nails and she is the best. There is never a long wait and the prices are reasonable. The salon is kept very clean and I like the atmosphere with many TVs and lots of magazines to keep me occupied.

Loved the woman who did my pedicure & it came out great, but the one who did my gel manicure was not ok & neither was my manicure. This place is $15 more than any other place I’ve been. I’m used to paying $40 & it was $55 here. Needless to say, I will not be going back nor would I recommend.
