My worst manicure experience. I was cut by the nail tech and she was not apologetic and seemed unbothered by the fact that I was bleeding, painting right over the blood even though I asked her to stop until the blood stopped. Which took about 10 minutes, because the skin cut was that bad. Very unsanitary for me, her and any other customers, especially those that want that polish. I advised the ‘boss’ and he offered $5 off. His overall attitude said he did not care either. I have attached a picture from the day of and a few days after.

I love it here! The atmosphere is beautiful. I had a spa pedicure that was absolutely wonderful. I had just come from working out, and the massage chair was just the follow up I needed to soothe my tired muscles. My technician was very attentive and he made a point of telling me he would give me whatever I asked for. It was an overall great experience and I will go again in 2 weeks. I highly recommend the spa pedicure!

This is like one of the worst places I have ever been, I was getting my nails done by two people . First one didn’t listen . I finally said something about my nails and almost 3 people stood there while I was getting my nails done . Made me feel very uncomfortable. Started hurting me. And I asked to take it off, one of the guys told me to keep it on so they would fix it. And then gave me one price and then every time I would ask kept adding extra and when I asked for the prices they didn’t have anything to prove it no papers or anything it was just all made up . Now in the beginning the nail techs were very thorough and the setting is decorated well. It’s like they knew how to wheel us in cause nowadays when you sit there and pay attention you’ll realize forget co-vid you need a mask just for the heavy caked dust that’s all through out the place. Then they make up reasons to charge extra. Now here my nails is very far from being “extra long” yet I received that up charge. Then this is ombré acrylic with my natural nails (no tips) with a shellac top coat, why have I been charged for an “American” I do not understand, however we been going there since they opened and before that we went to the original location in Bloomfield. Now we will go anywhere but there and I would suggest you do the same cause with all the money they making and taking from their customers they should be able to provide us with a clean environment not “look cleaned” at least during a pandemic.

I visited this establishment twice. 1st time the gentleman didn’t do my pedicure very good. He didn’t get the dead skin around toes but I didn’t notice until I was already home. I decided to try again and the 2nd time my acrylic over lay has broken on 8 nails and they’re a week old. They charged me extra for using my debit card but didn’t inform me there was a fee. I will NOT return and wouldn’t suggest anyone patronizing them.

New atmosphere great. Work, meh. Peter got mad at me when he thought I just wanted a polish change but I wanted a pedicure. He said that he was hungry. I found another shop to go to. Not any Bloomfield affiliate.
