DONT GO HERE!!! I went in and showed a picture of what I wanted done to my nails. She looked at the picture and continued to do my nails for 2 hours. It looks like a 4 year old pained my nails with white out! I paid $70 for this. My husband had to fix my nails when I got home, he is a contractor and did a better job making them look half way normal. He called them asking them for a refund or them to give me a credit and the man responded with “nothing is for free”. They could have easily told me they could not do what I wanted and I would have been fine with getting something else.

Smart to have called for an appointment as theyre pretty busy, but come my appointment time they got me right in and were even able to fit in a surprise pedicure. It was my first and a really good experience. Then my full set went very quickly, always a plus in my book. The husband/wife pair that helped me are meticulous but caring in their work, it turned out beautifully. 10/10 I’ll be back.

I have been getting my nails done for about 4 years now, and this is the worst they have been. This is my third time going here and I don’t plan on going back. The acrylic service here is awful. The man who does it does not seem to know what he is doing very well. The application of the acrylic itself is always so thin, and when he shaves it down they always turn out lumpy. He never checks to see if the nails are the same length as your other hand. And the polish application is ok at best. Not to mention how thin and flat the nail looks from the end. I would not recommend this location.

This was my first time coming to this salon since new owners took over the location. (Right next door to Target, might I ad!). The salon was clean with friendly staff. I do believe the man who did my mani/pedi was an owner. He was the absolute friendliest man that I have ever encountered in the business and my nails turned out perfect. He actually took time to remove cuticles correctly. Which is something many rush through these days.

Was super rushed. The son, I assume. Wouldn’t let my hands sit under UV for the full time. Got my nails done on Thursday and they’re chipping off by Monday. Not sure what the rush was about because I was the ONLY customer the whole time I was there. Super bummed because I can walk here from my apartment but nail salons are everywhere, so they’ve definitely lost my business.

I do not recommend this place. I made an appt @ 6pm for 2 mani / pedi and they told me to come 30-60min earlier. They were in a rush, they cut us on our hands & toes. When we asked them questions they blew us off. They kept telling us we needed tips and to change the color we picked. I had my pedi 1st and had to wait for my manicure because a lady came in for her 5:30 appt so I had to sit there until she was finished. Why tell me to come in early if they had another appt scheduled.

I’m usually very simple when it comes to getting my nails done, i can walk in and not have a problem. So i decided to walk-in to Bloomfield nails not thinking it would be my biggest regret. All i needed was a shellac polish change and a file down. He didn’t soak my nails instead he used the machine to remove my polish and burned my fingers 4 different times and didn’t apologize once. Then had a problem with doing a third layer bc the color they picked was too sheer. He rushed through it all and didn’t file after the polish to remove extra polish. Then charged $30 just for a polish change lol. I asked why so much the lady responded bc they removed my shellac and that’s how much they charge for polish changed, prices went up so we went up too “we pay $6000 in rent.” Not my problem. This is my first BAD review ever.

Avoid this place and spend your money where they are going to take their time and not use expired products. I’ve gotten my nails done here multiple times and it’s been nothing short of complete disappointment. Polish is chipping off nails after 2 days and every polish they use bubbles on your nails and looks absolutely terrible. The acrylic is absolute garbage, by day 5 it looks like you’ve gone a month without a fill. All my nails were crooked beyond belief and had to have someone else save them, it was so embarrassing. I’ve heard the workers say their polish is expired so we all know that means so is probably 90% of the product in the place. There are so many better places to spend your money at and actually not have your nails looks like completely garbage.

The lady doing my nails seemed to be in too much of a hurry. I had pointed out a couple of things and she didn’t seem concerned. 1 – her powder for nails was full of debris and it was leaving lumps in my nails. The ends of my nails were not painted nor were they smooth, her reply was, I’ll fix next time. I paid but will never go back. Not impressed at all!!!

I came in from out of town to get a color change and a nail fixed. We got there and waited close to an hour before being seated not to mention there was only 2 people in front of us. we got back there and he did my nails and i could tell he was rushing. they didn’t look the best there was polish on my hands and around my nails but i didn’t have time for him to fix it so i left. 2 hours after i get home all of my gel is already starting to come off and where it has peeled under, is raw gel polish like straight from the nail polish bottle.
