I believe this could be a good service business if the staff was not sleeping, eating, and slumbing around the service area like they were at home. Instead, clean up the newly remodeled place. The employee’s rudeness is unacceptable. Leaving me for another customer without polishing my hands. Without saying I will be back. It took the grace of God to put up with all the mess. I paid my $83.00 and left. However, Before leaving, the male football program watcher was sleeping off and on. Polished my hands after I told him she abandoned me without finishing. He did not care, this negative behavior seem routine. He was rude and acted as if I bothered him. When I was leaving the employee with her feet in the chair, leaning back and eating snacks told me to have a nice day. Really. My thoughts, I will never be back. They have a false sense of entitlement. Now I know why it was only two or three customers on a busy Saturday afternoon. Customers deserve respect and good service. I was respectful the whole time. But, I will not go back, ever.

I went yesterday. I got a regular polish manicure. The lady was nice and the price reasonable. She did it quickly but maybe way to quickly. The nails finish is very uneven. In several nails the top layer starts too far from the cuticle and/or doesn’t go all the way to the end of the nail.

Okay. Wow, theyre awesome. I wish I could remember who did my nails last, but he was amazing. Clean, comfortable, and they dont pile on the shellac like globs. I can always just walk in. I almost dont want to post this so it doesnt get busier!

They did not let us sit together despite seats open and my nails are thick and hurt. They took my sister in for a pedicure at 615 despite closing at 7 then finished at 720, and told my sister next time not to come as late. Just don’t accept the customer that late next time that is not our responsibility. This place looks nice and the deluxe pedicure is good but other things are not worth it.

Very thorough and great foot and leg massage. I had the deluxe pedicure and it was well worth the $57 to me.
