This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon in my life. The younger guy who did my nails was horrific from start to finish. I originally came in for a full set and he insisted I only needed a fill. To save money, I agreed and was charged for a full set I did not receive! I asked him to fix a nail he put on crooked (I had one broken nail from my last set) and he refused. I told him 3 times the color is not what I wanted and was ignored. The set is LUMPY, UNEVEN, and STREAKY. I find it hard to believe this guy even has a license to be doing this. He was rude the entire time and I was treated as an inconvenience. I guess the job I WAS OVERCHARGED FOR ($55 for a basic color fill NO DESIGN) was inconvenient as he was too busy texting and talking on the phone the whole time. I’m generally a very generous tipper but this is the FIRST time I’ve ever left NO TIP. When he asked how I liked them at the end I told him I did not and he didn’t care and didn’t make it right. I would have my 12 year old niece do my nails before I would ever come to this salon again. If this review disappears again I will continue to put it back up.

Critical: QualityThe guy that did my nails drilled off my shellac that I had on but obviously didn’t care that he left some of it on seeing as I still have dark blue on some of my nails and then proceeded to only polish half my nails and leave the sides unpolished. I asked for three coats, it is completely see through and he was done in literally 10 minutes, didn’t even let the light go the whole time to cure my nails, he made me take my hand out from under the light when there was still 30 seconds left. They turned out to perfect and he was super sweet. I recommend to everyone in the area. I had to get them short bc I play volleyball and they still made them look exactly how I was envisioning. $65 plus tip was a solid price. They turned out to perfect and he was super sweet. I recommend to everyone in the area. Talked to Ryan to do pedicure, he said it would be a 15 minute wait . I come back in 15 minutes he said he has to do customers nails. I wait for for another half hour in the salon and was told he couldn’t do my pedicure for another hour and a half. I knew there was a reason I didn’t return after 4 yrs. Won’t make that mistake again lol

Terri is amazing, she is the only person my sister will go to. However, I would not recommend this place at all. I went for a full set and shellac and got someone other than Terri, because she was working on my sister, and it was the absolute worst. Uneven, misshapen nails with a rushed paint job that was all over my cuticles. The matte top coat was unevenly painted on so there were spots of gloss still and there were bubbles in the top coat. Had to go to the Troy location to get them fixed (pink nails are the fixed set) and spend more money. :/ unless you have an appointment with Terri, go elsewhere and save your time and money.

I really like the atmosphere here and everyone was friendly and did a good job. However, after getting a set of acrylics from here I got fungus underneath my nails and they turned yellow. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got an acrylic set done 3 weeks ago. The lady who did my nails was extremely rude and pushy. I asked her for short nails and she did them longer anyway and charged an extra $5. Even so they were not even that long to justify an additional cost. Even after scamming me for an extra five dollars she kept pushing to do nail art and other things to charge even more after I said no thank you. She cut my finger with the drill multiple times, didn’t apologize or even mention it when my fingers were CLEARLY BLEEDING. My fingers were in pain for 3 days. I ended up paying $70 for a pink and white ombré set that was done with MMA acrylic that absolutely destroyed my nail bed during the soak off. Even so they were not even that long to justify an additional cost.
