A little context; I realize the responsibility on my part to arrive for my appointment on time — I genuinely made a mistake by having the wrong address in mind when I started making my way by foot. After calling in and requesting to move my appointment out about 20 minutes or so, I *booked* it back home in heels no less and my roommate was able to drop me off. After communicating with the salon, I arrived no more than 23 minutes after my scheduled appointment.

If anybody needs a hype woman, this is the place to go!! Bobbi did an amazing job working with my oily post-partum hair! The products that she used and recommended make my hair feel so airy and light. The way she styled it seems easy to do on my own at home. This is my new go-to salon!!

Was put down as a no show twice despite calling more then 24 hours in advanced for both appointments. First incident was in October and now my most recent appointment in May. When calling to cancel my appointment I was not answered so I left a voicemail. My voicemail was never answered and my message was never passed onto the hairstylist. Day of my appointment comes around and I am charged $50 even though I canceled via voicemail 24 hours in advanced (as said in the companies policy). Contacted the hairstylist and company directly and received no help and was even ignored after multiple attempts to receive a refund. I have phone time stamps for both occasions showing the calls were more then 24 hours in advanced from the appointment. I followed the companies policies but was still marked as a no show and charged.

Called and asked about their apprenticeship program and the lady on the phone was outrageously rude. When we were done talking about the program, I didn’t even finish the conversation and she just hung up on me. Terrible customer service. Don’t go here!

I LOVE this place!! I commute from Layton to get my hair done here. After having an identity crisis about my hair, I was referred to April (owner of Bloom) by a friend to help fix my hair. She responded quickly and got me in ASAP. She gave me what I envisioned and ever since then, she’s done pure magic. She’s done my wedding hair, and given me some fresh AF cuts. I love the environment she’s created and all the employees here are very nice to be around. I love Bloom!!!
