Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityIzzy was so amazing! She made my first experience with filler comfortable and answered all my questions. I went back for corrections and she accommodated all of my needs; she left them perfect. She was so sweet and fun and I’m happy to say she will be my go to for all of my future cosmetic needs. Gabby, who took all my calls, was super helpful and understanding and so nice. Same with the ladies at the front desk. This place was incredible.Update: got my second syringe and what a difference! Izzy was so amazing! She made my first experience with filler comfortable and answered all my questions. I went back for corrections and she accommodated all of my needs; she left them perfect. She was so sweet and fun and I’m happy to say she will be my go to for all of my future cosmetic needs. Gabby, who took all my calls, was super helpful and understanding and so nice. Having a design background makes me appreciate the beautiful modern geo decor. Now let’s get to the most important part, my BOTOX service. Wow, less than 24 hours later and I am already seeing some soft effects. The lady that administered the Botox, was so kind and calming. This was my first time having anything done. She patiently listened to my wants and my concerns and she really did an awesome job! We put together a skin plan to really work on revitalizing and hydrating it back to the best it can be. I’m super excited to see the changes! My only regret is that I didn’t start this 10 years ago and had not waited until I was 49! Thanks to the whole staff.I just had the best experience at Bloom Spa!
