I explained what I wanted and showed Jennifer some pictures. My hair was dried out and cut longer on one side than the other. Jennifer brought my hair back to life. Salon is clean, clean, clean !!! The products they use are used at high end salons across the country and in Europe. Their prices are reasonable and the stylists are experienced. And knowledgeable about the products. I am new to the area and I just had my first appointment with Jennifer. My hair came out exactly how I wanted it to. I explained what I wanted and showed Jennifer some pictures. My hair was dried out and cut longer on one side than the other. Jennifer brought my hair back to life. Salon is clean, clean, clean !!! Critical: PunctualityI had an appointment for 1:15. I was told Thea was “running late”. Then for 35 minutes I had to watch Thea chat it up with the customer she implied had changed the service she requested to something that would take longer. I left after 35 minutes. Thea could have called me. 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back. 35 minutes in the chair. Don’t apologize. Offer me a $100.00 gift certificate.I had an appointment for 1:15.
