Theresa was amazing!! I’m almost 40 and have been getting my hair done since I was 13, and I’ve never been happier with the way she colored my hair. I even told her to do whatever she wanted to it (only request was to keep it long) and that girl delivered! She is so talented and a true artist! I must also mention that her personality and humanly vibe and free spirit was . Theresa is meticulous and the results show. My cut is so good I don’t even need a round brush, just run my fingers through with my blow-dryer. The color is so rich and beautiful with highlights that make it look sun-kissed. Her products are great, too. My hair has been dull and lifeless for a long time and now it’s bouncy and shiny. Professional and extremely thorough. Theresa did a great job on my hair when I got a color and cut. I had horrible outgrowth and needed the dark roots to be blended in with my blonde ends so it would grow out very naturally. We went over pictures, she explained everything she was doing and I had a precise understanding of what would be done to my hair so there were no surprises. The building is super cute and in a convenient location. She is very friendly and obviously has an emence knowledge of her profession!

While I can’t speak to Bloom’s in-shop expertise, I can speak to its owner’s graciousness. When I mistakenly purchased a gift certificate from Bloom (via its very nifty website, I might add), rather than from the intended salon across the hallway at 2640 Milton Ave., I had to approach Theresa hat in hand and ask for a refund. Not only did she have mercy on me, but was completely cheerful about it. If my daughter ever changed allegiances to Bloom, I’ll be delighted.
