I am incredibly satisfied with my nails and with the wonderful service I experienced at this nail salon. Highly recommended, definitely ask for Khoi, he is very gentle which made me happy since I felt like my hands were treated with the best care and he is also very precise ; he made sure he was following the photo I showed him with every detail. My nails came out just the way I wanted them, so beautiful and elegant! I haven’t gotten a nail treatment this good in a long time! Khoi did such a terrific job, I am incredibly amazed!

HORRIBLEMy nails are way too wide and when I told the woman she said they are supposed to be wide. The nail polish has spots you can see through. HUGE WASTE OF $65!!!! Gel manicures

I used to come to this place often, however my last visit was horrible. The owner of the salon did my pedicure and it was absolutely the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten done. She rushed the whole process, nails were uneven, dead skin was left over, paint job was bumpy and unfinished. Very unprofessional and rude. She charged me $5 to remove the previous gel I had on and $30 for the pedicure. When she heard about how poorly she did my nails, she took off the $5 charge. Regardless, I wouldn’t have paid for the full pedicure because it simply WAS NOT worth it. Overall, I’m never going back to this nail salon. It’s not worth it whatsoever. If you want to get your nails done professionally, I advise you to go somewhere else and save your money!

I arrived to the salon minutes before my appointment and I see that they overbook people to come in at the same time. I asked the lady at the front desk about how long the wait was going to be and she told me someone will be ready for me shortly. I waited a total of an hour for my appointment. That is not ok. I then asked my nail technician how much my gel manicure refill would cost just to make sure and she said $45 which is the price of a full set which was displayed on the wall. My nails came out chunky and my thumb nail is crooked. I kindly asked her to fix it and she did not. I went to check out and she now charged me $50 which is not the price she originally said. She increased the price because I wanted my nails “cut down,” however, that is a service always included when you get your nails done. I was very frustrated with the service and the attitude I was given. Save yourself the time and energy, do not go here!

went to this place 4 times and it progressively got worse. they can’t manage to not cut me while filing, every time i go i leave with cuts on my skin and cuticles (from four different people). by the time your skin heals after a week you need to go back because the nails have broken off already. paid 55 for poorly applied nails, what a waste.

I came in for a Brazilian wax and a pedicure. Previously, I have come in for nail services and had fine experiences, nothing worth noting or reviewing. My waxer, mid way through, left hard wax on sensitive areas where she then could not take it off. It was as though, not only did they not know how to take off the harden wax, (given that she was trying to tweeze out the hard wax on my public hair), but they had never done a brazllian before, even though it is listed as a service. I kindly asked to stop after the technician was just staring at the area pro-longingly and not doing anything about it. I then sat in the pedicure chair with hard wax still on my last parts. Later at home I came to find my skin severely bruised and a small cut on the crease of my leg. I highly recommend not coming here for any similar service. I also paid full price at the end of my services with no consolation.

Made an appointment for 930 no one showed up until 1015. Came for a Gel Fill and a broken thumb nail. Thick uneven bubbles in the polish. Asked guy to fix the cuticle because it was thick and un natural he got upset and acted as if he didn’t know what I meant so I walked him threw it. Just a terrible out come. waste of $53 and 2.5 hours! Never again and I don’t recommend!
