I’m so grateful for the wonderful, professional, courteous and kind staff at Bloom Nails. I’ve been going to the salon for a few years. I visited salons in the Leander, Round Rock, Cedar Park area but once I found Bloom Nails, I’ve never gone elsewhere. I took my then boyfriend, now husband, in one day back in 2020 and now I rarely go by myself bc he insists on going too. Kelly does a fantastic job EVERY time I go in for my mani/pedi. Paige and Morgan have both been so great with my husband. We both tell everyone about what a great place Bloom Nails is so I figured I should use this platform to share so that more ppl can enjoy the same experience we do. Everyone is friendly and they make us feel special, never rushed, each time we visit. My nails always looks amazing, toes too!! If I choose a color Kelly thinks may not be exactly what I want, she tells me and helps me find just what I’m looking for. If for ANY REASON I’m not 100% happy with the color I chose, she offers to change it. That’s pretty amazing, above and beyond actually! It’s a place where you can relax, be quiet and unwind but it’s also a place to laugh. When my husband goes, it’s usually lots of laughter. We kinda feel like family and that’s nice, especially in the days we live in. We always schedule appointments but also understand that unforeseen things arise and NEVER mind if we have to wait a few minutes. It’s worth the wait and it takes me forever to choose a color anyway so it’s a win win!! Lindsey, the owner, is so thoughtful and kind, always greets us with a smile, actually everyone does! Thank you Kelly, Paige, Morgan, and all of the Bloom Nails staff, for all that you do!! You do a great job, work so hard, and take great care of us!! Here’s a recent photo from my visit yesterday:). Don’t mind my aged hands, my nails make my hands look beautiful!

Made an appointment for two Ice Dancer Pedicures. My friend had his done in 45 minutes while my feet soaked in room temperature water. Unfortunately this is the third time this has happened to me. Lucky for me they gave me a $30 voucher to come back right? Not really… we have come here for years. We always get the ice dancer, which is funny because the employees remember that part. It’s more expensive. So I gave up. We’ve spent a month trying to coordinate a time to get in there together. I made the appointment and finally I was done sitting. They told me to make an appointment next time, to which I reminded them that I did. They used to be great. Now – not worth the time you’ll spend sitting if they even get to you (and when they do – it’ll be rushed).

I have been going to Bloom for several months and thought I found my new place. Well Saturday was the LAST TIME I will ever go. Worse experience EVER. I made an appointment arrived 10 min early. The owner Morgan was sitting with a client and told lady doing my nails that I just wanted a polish change on toes when I decided to get pedicure because they had already started filling chair, she rolled her eyes at me. Then as I sit there getting my nails done with feet soaking in lukewarm water not even bubbles turned on. Nail tech burned my nail bed on first nail. AS the salon filled up is when she began rushing and cut several of my cuticles and skin around fingers badly. She hurt me several times while using hand file too. Nails are not even shaped nicely, and pieces of nail is exposed with no sns product on it. To pay $45, total waste of money. My feet now sitting in cold water with 7 new pedicures all around me in which most people had a nail tech, but not me. By the way I was the second customer in store, so there is NO reason why someone shouldn’t be doing my toes. My feet soaked in that bath of cold water for 45min before someone even touched them. My pedicure was so quick, massage was not even 3 min long. She finished me before the lady next to me who had been getting a pedicure for 60min. I would NOT recommend this location. On to looking for a new salon that takes care of EVERY paying customer.

This place is great! Love the design inside, very clean, staff was friendly and greeted me when I arrive. The massage chairs are AWESOME. My nail tech (Paige) listened to me about not using the acetone on my skin because I had a reaction last time I got my nails done, so she used the dremel to get the gel off my toes, so grateful for that. She also did an amazing scrub massage and oil massage on my legs. Toes look great, she did a very detailed job. Thank you! Will be coming back!
