I absolutely love Andrea, the quality of her facials and her personality. I thought I’d have them do my Botox and what a horrible experience. The doctor I saw was extremely unprofessional and condescending. She was bossy and rude and left me feeling like she thought I was not her level of clientele.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI love everything about Bloom! Dr. Greenhaw helped me establish a skincare routine that impressed my dermatologist. I have a membership that allows me to get a deluxe facial each month and it’s heavenly…and Bloom is so good at reminding me to schedule so I don’t miss out on my monthly service! I wouldn’t trust my face to anyone else…

They blamed it wasn’t within the month timespan when they wouldn’t work with any available dates I had. Dr Greenhaw is incredibly unprofessional and their front desk staff is completely rude.
