I’ve been 4 times and seen 4 different beauticians. The first time was amazing. (I’ve looked online and I believe it was the owner that cut my hair?) She did such a beautiful job on my hair, I loved it so much. But since then my experiences have been terrible. The second time someone cut my son’s hair and did an awful job, leaving one side way longer than the other. It looked awful but I figured it was a fluke and went back but the girl that cut my bangs did such an absolutely awful job that I had to go to another place just to get them even. It was such a mess. At the same time I was getting my hair cut my daughter wanted layers and I swear it took the woman 45 mins to do a dry cut on her hair, she took forever and it looked nothing like layers. It just looked like someone had hacked at the ends of her hair. I ended up having to trim the ends straight because it was so uneven. I don’t know how the place is staying open, maybe they do good dye jobs? But I know I won’t be back.

Look, Ive had decent cuts at this place but I’m writing this for my girlfriend. She had went to get a haircut and wanted bangs. The hairdresser did not section her hair not cut the bangs straight. They were overly thick and were cut too short. The hairdresser who did her hair seemed stuck up. She was an older blonde lady wearing pink lipstick. I have never left a bad review anywhere but this deserves one. We will not come back to this service and am going back to get a refund tomorrow. DO NOT GET BANGS HERE!!!

My granddaughter received a gift $120 gift certificate for Christmas. Two weeks ago she was in your shop and in the chair for over three hours. The coloring was beautiful that day. Now two weeks later not one one hair has any color. It just looks like she bleached a few hairs and that’s it. Very disappointing. It looked better and lasted much longer when I did it at home.. Got a $39 bleach job for a whopping $120.

I went in and got my roots done and wanted my hair a lighter blonde. color didn’t look right but my hair is hard to color it always has been so not her fault. it did take 3 hours and was $110 so a bit pricey but after a few shampoos I’m really starting to like the color. all the girls are super sweet and very helpful . color is a tricky thing and once the stylist gets to know your hair it does turn out better so if it wasn’t great the first time maybe try again and the results could be what you love as this as been my experience before.

I had taken my son there before and we had Sunny (no longer there) & Kara Beth and loved them. But AMANDA, was a complete b****. She not only was rude to me, my 8 year old son, but also to other clients who were walking in. The other stylists that were in there weren’t saying much……You could cut the tension with a knife. I have never given a bad review to locally owned business (even if they deserved it), but I was shocked at how condescending she was. One bad apple will spoil the whole bunch. Critical: QualityMy son went in to get his hair cut. He asked for a zero faded up. The top to be trimmed up enough to still be able to comb over to the side. The back hair linewas brought up 3 inches from what is his hair line. It looked awful. The front was cut straight across like a lil one cut it. Not impressed at all. I even called in and asked if they cut mens hair and she said yes. Obviously she doesn’t do it enough. We had to pay again to get it fixed!!
