Please stay away from this business. Ms. Kim refuses to return my mother’s advance payment for a service she scheduled ahead of time and had to reschedule due to life circumstances. She claims that my mother “no showed” multiple times to her appointment but why would you reschedule a person who no showed to their appointment various times? My mother agreed to forfeiting a deposit amount for rescheduling but Ms. Kim prefers to keep all her money due to a “contract of the heart.” Ms. Kim please begin implementing a written contract as that’s what’s valid according to the laws in this country.

Saw a deal on Groupon but some of the reviews said that this place doesn’t take the full voucher so I called bloom esthétique and talked to Kim the owner she works by herself and I asked about what the reviews said and she said “you don’t have to purchase Groupon and I’ll honor the deal cause Groupon takes 60 % off the price” and she was telling me how her business went dead after COVID so I was like yeah I can do that to help why not I’m paying anyway. So we scheduled day and time got there, the place looked not organized at all the procedure room looked like was furnished using dollar tree items and still went with it cause Kim kept saying that she’s been doing microblading for more than 14 years and just to relax and that she knows what she’s doing and i will be happy at the end with the result.

Disappointing experience. The first time I went a year ago, I liked the work she did on my eyebrows. While I was waiting for the numbing to work, she was in the lobby having a major altercation with another customer. I’ve never heard a business owner talk to a customer like that before. She had to get the last word in. I ended up going back to her a few weeks ago for my eyelid tattooing because i didn’t know where else to go. While I was waiting again, she was having another altercation with someone else on the phone which she ended up gossiping to me about it the entire time I was there. My biggest problem was that I talked to her on the phone and through text messaging and we agreed on a price for my eyelids. Anytime you get something like this done you have to have touch up done 4 to 6 weeks later. She did the work and collected her full payment and then proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay her another $150 to do the touch up. She lies about her prices and tries to get over on people. She did the same thing to a friend of mine. Be careful. Although she does decent work, she will try to trick you to get more money. And then when I confronted her about it, she cancelled my appointment for the touchup instead of doing the right thing. Now I’m stuck because the tattooing erases if you don’t get the touchup done. You can’t even tell I did anything and now I’m out a lot of money.
