I am not one to normally leave bad reviews on customer service but I felt the need to share this one. I have been in customer service since I was 15 years old so I understand things happen but not fixing the situation is not okay. I booked a facial and a massage for today. Bloom Day Spa called me last night as they were closing saying that “their system had glitched” and only had me in their books for a facial. I called them back and left a message. They returned my call this morning letting me know that I would only have a facial and no massage because their system had glitches and basically my massage was given away. Even though they knew last night I had multiple services, they still wouldn’t honor what I had been scheduled for today. They offered me to reschedule for a different day even though this was the only time I could do it for the next couple months because of life but couldn’t fix the problem today. I won’t be returning anymore. Hope you all have a better experience than I did.

Absolutely the best experience. Rainy (not sure if I spelled right), she does excellent work. Will definitely be going back. Everyone at Bloom Day Spa is great!! Give them a try… you will be happy you did!!!

Was in yesterday to finish up some Christmas shopping and had zero clue what I was looking for. The staff was extremely informative, patient and kind and I left with the perfect gifts. More times than not, when I shop local, this is the type of service I see and my first experience at Bloom was one that’ll bring me back. Thank you.

After waiting weeks for this appointment and taking time off work and scheduling around to make this appointment work I was really bummed to receive a cancellation text due to inclement weather yesterday, when the weather today was absolutely fine, and there were no local road condition hazards. I do not think I will reschedule my appointment with Bloom. While I am glad they have such a booked schedule, closing an entire day in advance of the slight possibility of bad weather is not very considerate to clients who have waited weeks for their appointments.

I had a Bliss package and when I got there I had paperwork to fill out that I wasn’t told about and by the time I filled it out, my package was lowered to the basic package with shorter services. Everything was rushed it felt like. I was served lunch which was really good from Boardable 615. My skin was soft and felt great. The money was put on a gift card for me. Was really looking forward to the hour massage. Might go back, we will see.

My interim review of Bloom can’t be completed. My initial contact with the day spa was to purchase a Mother’s day gift certificate for my wife for my son. The store ambiance is nice and the owner was very cordial and helpful. We’ll update after her facial and custom massage.

The spa is lovely and in the past has always been very relaxing. But, recently the staff seems to be required to loom over me while I shop at the front desk. The receptionists have always been friendly and create a very relaxing environment. I’m not a fan of the new practice of higher energy and watching me shop. The spa is wonderful and I will definitely be back. This is just a friendly suggestion to consider returning to the low-key environment that it was a few months ago.

I went this Saturday for a massage with Jeanah. I love massages but I’m also very self conscious. Jeanah made me feel completely comfortable and said the sweetest thing to me. The massage was excellent. All of the staff make you feel welcomed and comfortable while you’re there. The environment is so calm and relaxing. My only request would be larger, oversized robes.

The massage experience was great! The atmosphere is so relaxing and welcoming. However, I had purchased a gift card for a 60 minute couples massage about two months before calling to schedule the massage. I made the massage appointment over the phone specifically to use the gift card I had previously purchased. I was very unaware that I was actually being scheduled for a 90 minute massage. So, when we went to pay after the massage, I still owed $80 after using my gift card, which was totally unexpected. The overall experience was amazing, but I am just disappointed in the lack of communication on what was being purchased versus what was being scheduled.
