I’ve been going to Mia for the past 8 months now. She does great work but is bad about constantly rescheduling my appointment. I’ve even had her cancel an appointment that was a reschedule from a reschedule. Its very frustrating especially considering I always try to book at least two weeks in advanced. I understand things come up but she wont offer appointments anytime outside of what is already available. I would think if you inconvenienced someone by canceling their appointment last minute time after time then you would at the very least try to accommodate their schedule the best you could.

I always go for volume and these are so lightweight, I forget they’re even there unless I look in the mirror! I had a great experience with Tamia. The lash bed is super comfortable so the two hour appointment flew by! She had a blanket for me when I got cold and the studio is super cute! She was really sweet and friendly as well. I recently moved back to the area and was excited to go back to her so I made an appointment online and paid a deposit (50% of service cost) during booking and was very excited for my appointment but never received confirmation after several attempts to contact her. I even showed up for what was supposed to be my appointment and the door was locked with no response from Mia even still a week later. I’m not even sure if I got my money back yet for booking my appointment. I feel very disrespected that I could not have been given the courtesy of a response as to why any of this occurred.
