She is patient and really understands hair and what you should, and should not, do with it and what is best for your face shape. She always does a thorough consultation while your hair is dry so you can discuss what you are looking for and what she suggests as well. She takes her time and you never feel rushed. She uses a razor, sometimes swapping in a scissor, and I think the razor styles your hair in a way a scissor cannot. I have been seeing Gia for over 20 years and she truly is a master of her craft. She is patient and really understands hair and what you should, and should not, do with it and what is best for your face shape. She always does a thorough consultation while your hair is dry so you can discuss what you are looking for and what she suggests as well. She takes her time and you never feel rushed. I came to them as a new client and called them, and on the day of my call they let me book an appointment for hair color and correction that same day. Not only was the receptionist extremely kind and thoughtful, they placed me with a level five specialist and let me know of the price prior to coming in. The specialist, Jay, I saw was so knowledgeable, kind and accommodating to my needs. She made me feel like she cared and was intentional with everything she did! I came to them as a new client and called them, and on the day of my call they let me book an appointment for hair color and correction that same day. Critical: QualityHaircut was choppy and un-even. Went to a less expensive salon and they fixed it and did a much better job. I just went in today with a specific idea and after a detailed evaluation, I’m so glad I went with Gia’s recommendations.
