Aleea is great and the experience was second to none. She has some amazing knowledge, and will get anyone back to where they want to be or maintain their lifestyle. Aleea is the best, her hands must be made of magic! The ambiance is so relaxing in the massage rooms. The light therapy sauna is awesome (I didn’t even know existed until using it here) and has helped the circulation in my ankle around some scar tissue I have. If you have sore muscles and/or need some recovery assistance, Blood Sweat & Bodywork should be your go to!
