The new owner, Miss Katie, is beyond fabulous, so patient and kind, professional and open with you. The service is above and beyond what we expected hair services for my daughter was so well done by Miss Jessica, she took the time to explain all the details and delivered a beautiful job! We even had her do my two young granddaughters, age 6 & 7 who’s hair also came out fantastic! We absolutely love this salon and the kind & considerate attention, just melted our hearts! I highly recommend them if you want that VIP experience, then this is the salon for you!!!

Haven’t had a chance to go here yet, but I have to say one thing about them, they are a salon who actually cares. I’m relatively new to CT and my old stylist back home used a certain brand of hair extensions and I spent all day calling around to see if anyone used them. Katie answered and let me know that they didn’t use my particular brand, but she assured me she’d ask around and help me to find someone who did. I didn’t think I’d hear from her again, but sure enough, 20 minutes later I got a call from her with the information for one other salon in CT that does them. This is professionalism at its best. Even though I went to another salon, I’d still recommend Blonde & Beyond because of this customer care.
