I would give 0 stars if I could. Had my hair done by Elizabeth and asked her to match my brown roots to my blonde ends. I said I wanted my hair to by icy. She turned my hair orange. Elizabeth, please don’t tell customers you can do something if you can’t. Unfortunately I couldn’t tell how bad my hair looked until I stepped outside into natural light. Blonde ambition is horrible. After the hair appointment I tried calling the salon 8 times and no one answered. I had to physically come into the salon to be acknowledged. I asked for a refund or at least a partial refund and showed them that my hair is not what I asked for at all. If you think my hair looks good you don’t know anything about hair. She proceeded to call me a “spoiled b**ch”. It’s not about being spoiled. If I pay money for an expensive service ($240) I want it to be done right. They of course did not issue a refund and were extremely unprofessional. Please do not go here! Don’t waste your time or your money!

I went into this absolutely wonderful shop back in May. I came in with my ridiculous grown out, home colored hair looking for a balayage/highlight situation. I recently started nursing school so desperately needed to spruce up, but have it where I don’t need to come in every month for a touch up (like I said nursing school, so I’m broke lol). Not only did Elizabeth deliver she out did herself! She totally listened to what I asked for, she lifted my hair to a beautiful maintainable blonde, and made me feel so comfortable. The ladies here are so welcoming, funny, and considerate! I tell everyone I can about them and will most definitely be a repeat customer!!!!!
