Got my hair and makeup done here for my wedding and everything was absolutely perfect. All my girls loved how their make up and hair turned out. My one girl said she’s gotten her hair curled at other salons before and they never seem to last the whole night. At the end of the wedding she was completely surprised that her curls were still as nice as they were in the morning; thanks to Blo Lounge.

I went to Blo Lounge for the first time a few weeks ago. I went there for a loose curl/wave blow dry for my engagement photos. I have only the best things to say!!! The staff were soo sweet and attentive! I was in and out in about 35 minutes and best of all my hair looked amazing!! My photos were outside and it was humid (it actually misted for about 15 minutes). My hair looked just as great towards the end of the shoot as it did when I walked out of the salon. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back!

I had a very bad experience here. i was told my service would be not more then $60 on the phone and i was charged $130 cause i added 3 clip in extensions. my hair looked terrible and not wearable, i actually took it out for the wedding. the girl that did my hair had no clue what she was doing and i was there for over two hours. one of the other ladies that worked there even asked her if she wanted help which she responded “i got it”. i was going to say something there but felt to bad to do it in front of the women that did my hair. when i called Debbie the owner the next day to explain how unhappy i was and even showed her pictures she said she wont give me store credit or a refund. i would not send anyone i know here it is a pure waste of money with bad customer service if your unhappy. i hope this helps some people looking to get their hair done in a professional and honest place because this is certainly not it.

I have been to Blo Lounge on many occasions and can only think of 1 time where I would say I wasn’t 100% happy, but the experience still wasn’t bad or would keep me from coming back. I love the place itself and the staff has always been extremely kind. I’ve never ran late on an appointment, thanks to their 8 min no-show policy where if you’re more than 8 mins late they won’t take you as it then interfere’s with appointments the rest of the day. Even though I have been guilty of this, I still appreciate it because I hate having to wait bc the person before me was late. For a quick blow-out, its my favorite go-to spot!
