My hair smelled burnt after the gal did it and her response was that they use a higher heat so that they could get people out faster. The issue was that it didn’t even look good, how she styled my hair was different than the style I selected and it was frizzy. Seems like getting through customers faster is more important than keeping the integrity of your hair. They didn’t charge me for my hair after I complained so did try to rectify the situation.

A very sweet and inexperienced girl did my blowout. Not even close to what I asked for, and it’s frizzy. Not smooth and shiny like most blow outs that I have had. I don’t recommend this salon. I had to go home and redo it.
