Blo Blow Dry Bar East Cobb

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’m not one to write a bad review I usually just let things go but this experience was so bad I want to save anyone thinking about it. Granted there may be good stylists at this place but the stylist I got was not one of them. She first told me how she couldn’t wait to leave at 4pm cuz she was exhausted and I was her last client. She hold me that 2 more times throughout my blow dry. Not only was it clear she didn’t want to be there she also did a terrible job. My hair is really healthy and I have frizzy ends from the flat iron she left too long on my hair. I wanted a soft blowout for New Year’s Eve with soft curls and minimal hair product that is what I asked for. I told her dinner was at 8 and I wanted my curls to last she assured me they would. She then asked if she could put a bit of dry conditioner in my hair, I agreed. At the end of my style she showed it to me and it looked so terrible I said yes it looks great and hurried out, my curls fell by the time I walked to my car and it had so much product I couldn’t even get my fingers through it. It was so sticky like glue. When I got home even my brush wouldn’t go through it, I had to brush through it multiple times and I have lots of breakage. Needless to say I had to restyle my hair. I didn’t have time to rewash it and it feels horrible.
