I used Blo in Naples for a blowout and full makeup application including lashes. I was from out of town and needed hair and makeup done for a black tie wedding. I was so impressed with the service from start to finish. From the text reminders about my appointment to the service when I walked in, the experience was top notch. My hair and makeup was out of this world and the staff treated me like a princess. They listened to what I wanted, let my hair sit in curls while I got my makeup done and made sure I was happy and feeling my best before I left. I would recommend Blo to anyone, any day. I can’t say enough about the experience, especially as someone visiting from out of town. It was a one stop shop and the staff is second to none!

I will say they did a beautiful job on my hair, but deceitful with their prices. My stylist ordered me a “dream treatment” in order to hold my curl longer, she said it was about $7-$10 extra (her exact words) i get to the counter & she charges me an extra $20 for the treatment. what was supposed to be a $60 service turned into $90 after i tipped. there’s also multiple places in my hair where there is product all white & crusted up. ive came here for years now & have loved it, never had an issue but after this it’s unlikely i’ll be returning again.
