By far the most amazing Blow Dry Bar in the city! From the front desk receptionists to the hairstylist, everything was perfect. The team they have is the most accommodating and professional. Everyone had a positive attitude and smiles from ear to ear! my blow out was and always is by far the best I’ve ever gotten. I’ve been coming here for years and they never ever disappoint! Highly recommend this dry bar to anyone local and for those coming out of town.

Not true!! Karen! I had 2 Appointments! Not just 1 you guys didn’t want to help or find a solution. The stylist had her next appointment at 4:45 she had more than 20 minutes to at least do a Dry style, she said NO!! Didn’t care!!! She preferred to try to make money without working!! I understand it’s easier to make money by just getting your customer credit card details and run over and over without true and correct Authorization!!! You guys are trying to copy Dry Bar but are failing on the most basic stuff like really helping and supporting your Customer. I want my money back otherwise I’ll sue and request damages. Now, it’s up for you to good high and make good! We will see what you gonna choose. Again, I’ll note leave this go without my money back!!

Visiting the hair salon should be a relaxing and pampering experience. But it was far from that. I had an appointment for this past Saturday at 10. I was parking at 10:05 when I received a call asking me if I was going. When I checked in, the receptionist was rude and told me that usually they charge you extra if you arrive 10-15min later. Not even 10 minutes had past from my scheduled appointment. And it wasn’t even what she said but the way she did. I let it go at the moment and when I paid I let her know how it felt. Instead of apologizing she continued to be rude. On a side note, when I was looking for my stylist to tip I found her yelling and complaining of another matter. Never returning to this place.

This is the best blo dry bar I’ve been to. I come weekly. Eric is the owner and always so kind greets you with a smile offers you a drink and always makes sure you are happy. All the girls are super professional and do a excellent job… I know this because I usually see Jen but if she isn’t available they put me with someone else and I’ve never been disappointed.
