I used Blo – Glen Cove Road for my wedding, and I cannot recommend them enough. Our hairstylist was Corryn and from the moment she did my hair for my trial, I knew she was perfect for my wedding day! She was honest, open, kind, patient, and so talented! She was also super punctual and had a great attitude at 7am, which I appreciated. She even helped one of my bridesmaids with her hair, even though she didn’t have to do that. I’m in love with my wedding hair and I will never recommend Blo or Corryn enough! Thank you so much!

Misha gave me a beautiful blow out and curled my hair perfectly for a wedding!! She also put false lashes on me and they look perfect! Wow I’ve never had such a good experience with someone styling my hair, and I’ve been underwhelmed before. Chrissy, I think her name was?! put some clip-in extensions in and styled my usually limp hair into a voluminous beautiful creation. I don’t know how she did it but besides that she was such a cool and sweet person. She made my hair perfect for my video shoot and it lasted at least 12 hrs. I’ll def be back for her expertise. I usually don’t go anywhere just for a blow out and a style but I’ll be taking advantage of this place and my stylist as long as she’s around!!

First time at this place! I came for a blowout to get my hair done for NYE gala the hair stylist asked me what I wanted I said blowout. So I chose the hairstyle from the book not knowing they will be using curling iron for that look. She start doing my hair blow drying and using curling iron but I wanted a blowout not curling iron curls. I was confused. Nobody told me there is a curling iron used for this look meanwhile I said twice I want blowout. Then she told me oh you want brush curls I said yes if that’s what you call it?! I don’t want curling iron I can do that myself at home. So since the hair was already dry she couldn’t do the brush curls anymore which is actually the blowout I ask for because hair was already dry. So I said ok just try it. So I left with a mix of curl and a blowout that didn’t last. My hair was flat not in shape when I came home after 30 min. I had to redo my hair with a curling iron because it didn’t look good. So my hair was ruined for my NYE GALA! I wasted my money. Somebody should’ve explained me what tools are used for the look I chose from the book! She should’ve told me that’s not a blowout but curling iron is used.

Truly one of the best Blo outs I’ve ever had! I have naturally curly hair. It’s very rare you find a stylist that listens to your preferences and follows through with the exact style you’re looking for. Nancy was kind, professional, and gave me a blow out that lasted almost a week! I barely had to touch it up on my own. No frizz, smooth, bouncy, and all around perfection! I will definitely be back!

I’ve never had a problem with Blo until 6/7. I booked an appointment with them a month in advance for my engagement pictures. I show up to the salon and they’re closed. No phone call or any sort of communication to let me know they would not be open. I leave a voicemail for them, and goes un returned. I called the salon the next day to speak to a manager and was told I would get a call back from her. It’s now the end of the day and still no phone call. This salon no longer has my business.
