The easiest, fastest, and best hair appointment I’ve ever scheduled in my life! I needed my hair done for a friend’s wedding, the girls knew exactly what I wanted and even suggested a few things to help keep my hair looking great the whole night! Lasted all through the night at my friends wedding and I received many compliments! The results were amazing! And their open on Sundays! 10/10 recommend & can’t wait to go back!

I went to Blo for my wedding hair. The trial was great and I felt super confident going back on the day of my wedding. The trial had been QUICK but I thought that was just how they did trials. However, the day of my wedding appointment was pretty similar— while I was getting my hair done (and still had a bit to go) someone came over to tell my stylist that her next appointment was there and ready to go. This made me feel anxious and rushed. My stylist was lovely, but I immediately felt like my time was running out and she needed to push me out to pay and get onto the next one. I left the salon feeling kind of rattled and not fully confident with my hair. They only allotted an hour for a wash, blow out, curl and pinning 1/2 up. This is not enough for long occasion hair. I just think its something to be aware of, especially for brides who might be a little more concerned than a standard blow-out client. I ended up deciding not to worry to much about my hair and go with the flow of the day but had I let it, the rushed appointment would have def sent me over the edge on my special day. I hope they hear this and adjust accordingly.

Awful experience in booking appointment. They use the text method. I confirmed the date. They texted again to confirm the date. I reconfirmed again. Then they sent me a link to add my credit card. Once my payment info is verified, my appointment will be confirmed. I never had to give my payment details to schedule the appointment. I said that I’m not comfortable giving my payment info on the text. They said, we will forward your info to the front desk. There was no response. Next day, I texted to make sure my appointment was on time. They said they couldn’t identify my phone number, which was the same one they texted me the day before. And they told me that my appointment is not available. No apology, they just sent a next available appointment. Sorry, I would never use their service. They’re not reliable. Besides, I don’t want to waste 20 minutes of my time making an appointment.

Gigi was AMAZING!!! It was my first time here, and I came with a friend who highly recommended it. Gigi surpassed my expectations!! She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed the entire time. My hair came out looking beautifully. I will absolutely be back very soon!!

My hair style only lasted about 4 hours! My stylist was nice and informational to my questions but I strongly feel like for $65 the quality should have been 90% better!! I paid for a wash and a simple hair remedy followed by a blow out.. Not what I expected the atmosphere was REALLY nice.. But I came so my hair can be made for at least 2 days so 1 star it is

I was staying in the Hartford area on a way to a wedding and got my (natural to relaxed) hair blown out and straightened the day before the wedding. It was great! Carlos did an awesome job in the time allowed for the appointment. It lasted through the wedding, not much longer than that but I think that’s to be expected given the rain. I will come back again.
