Blissful Nails

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityExtremely unprofessional. Complained about my poorly done nails and was screamed at by the employee and her boss had to physically hold her back from attacking me and my SIL. I went here to get my nails done for my wedding and my experience was HORRIBLE. First my appointment was for 4 and didn’t get my nails done until almost 6. She complained the whole time/was on her phone. When I left I noticed my nails were all different shapes and lengths and very lumpy and very poorly done. My brother first called to see if I could get a refund to get them fixed elsewhere. They not only refused but screamed at him on the phone. I went back to show them how bad my nails looked and the employee immediately jumped up from her chair and got in my face and began grabbing my nails screaming there was nothing wrong with them. I explained my two thumbs were not only completely different shapes but one was half an inch longer than the other. She then told me this was MY FAULT. As she continued screaming at me and getting closer to me her boss had to physically hold her back. She tried to grab me and just said she would just take my nails off but no refund would be issued. Except my wedding was the next day and that would leave me out 60 dollars with no nails done. Finally we left with no refund and my nails not fixed because we felt attacked. It was very upsetting and beyond unprofessional. I will never ever go back here again and I advise others to steer clear. Messing up your nails is one thing but attacking someone when they complain is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced in my life.Extremely unprofessional. Extremely unprofessional. Complained about my poorly done nails and was screamed at by the employee and her boss had to physically hold her back from attacking me and my SIL. My nail ended up breaking from the nail tech used a cuticle cutter to ply off the hardened dip powder before soaking my hand in acetone.On top of that, the nail tech took a picture of my hand without permission, it made me feel a little uncomfortable but I didn’t say anything, but I do not recommend this nail salon!Service: ManicureSUPER UNPROFESSIONAL.
