Excellent service and price is right. The girls run a great show. My favorite is the leg massage that comes with pedicure. I wish it could last forever.

When I first inquired about the services I asked them how much was their manicure and pedicure upfront. They said $40. The services were ok although the lady doing my nails was kinda ruff with her technique. When I got ready to pay and I was also going to tip. Another woman there said, it would be $45, $5.00 extra to remove the gel on my toenails which they did not inform me over the phone in the beginning. I told them this which led to a brief argument but I said, this is what you quoted $40 and that’s all you’re getting. This place practices dishonesty and you can’t understand them very well because they hardly speak english. The woman I initially spoke to over the phone said, ok and just walked away and I walked out never to return!

I absolutely ADORE the caring, dedicated staff at Blissful Nails. They also do the most wonderful job! I got a regular mani/pedi (only $35) and five days later no chips at all. It has been a year since I’ve found them and I won’t go anywhere else.

Service was good. They cut the nail polish to the point where it isn’t worth it. I’d rather pay a high price than have watered down polish at the end. I’m also not to keen on how they sanitize the reusable utensils. I say someone put a set in only to have it removed a couple of minutes later. Probably won’t be back.

Took so long I had to come back after my meeting to finish up my gel manicure. It also chipped after 3 days and almost completely fell off after 6 days. Really disappointing considering their price point. I’ve had much better manicures for a lot less money! Won’t be back again.

Critical: QualityI went to get a gel pedicure yesterday and one of my toenails has already chipped! The guy who did my nails took a long time to do my pedicure. It was over an hour and 15 minutes! I’m used to gel pedicures being an hour max. After every coat he would have to clean up each toe because he would get it on the sides. My polish wasn’t even done neatly when I inspected it once I got home. I would not recommend this place! I’ve been a customer of Blissful Nails (formerly known as T-Top) for 20 years. Under the new management, Kylie, the owner and my favorite technician, has never let me down. The best pedicures in Evanston. There is a great selection of polishes. I have never been there when a “walk-in” was given more than a 30 minute wait.
