I enjoy helping people reach a state of deep relaxation, as well as aiding mobility and healing. Educating my clients in self care helps them extend the relief found in their sessions. I find fulfillment working with clients recovering from surgeries or injuries to help them regain their range of movement as well as with people going through intensely stressful times in their lives to help them reach a state of restorative relaxation!
