I think those reviews must have been written by friends or family because it was the opposite of my experience. Megahan rescheduled the first appt I booked which was fine. But then I showed up at the day/time she rescheduled for and Megahan acted like I was some type of random walk-in. When I told her my name and reminded her about the texts I had gotten from her rescheduling my appointment for this exact day and time she responded with “oh, I cancelled that.” She was very dismissive, unwelcoming, and unprofessional.
