I went to get my spa manicure from Bliss today, I got the Coupon from Groupon for Shellac spa manicure which is just gel polish with a good deal(28$). I made an appoint at 3:30 but because the manicurist, she’s still working with another client so I just need to wait like 10~15 min to let her finish her job first that made me concern like is it gonna be like other review said that is gonna waste my time (I read review and most of them sound unhappy) but during I’m waiting the guy at cashier always checking on me and ask me if I need a drink and the manicurist tried to come see me even she’s not finish with her work yet and said sorry for made me wait for her and ask if I need anything to drink. After a short wait, Indya(the manicurist) did my nail looking amazing, we had a great conversation and again she did a perfect job. I think this place is pretty nice if you are really not serious or not rush, I mean If you are rush I think you should tell them and make it clear that you need it on time when you make an appointment because as far as I saw, they seem like a little spa that don’t have a lot a Nailists is like one person do all the job so you need to be a little bit patient with that and if you are not in rush this store wold be perfect for you. I would give it 4/5 because

(Was not meant to be) I purchased a couples massage, facial, pedicure Groupon package for my Wife & I, as a Christmas present. I Later scheduled an appointment, and after driving 1 hour to Spa, had to re-schedule due to one of the Ladies not coming in (not off to a good start here). My Wife & I left the Spa with a Scheduled appointment for after the New Year.

Great experience. Massage by Carol was delightful, and facial by Taylor was exquisite!! Experience could have been improved by having a receptionist/greeter to organize so the technicians could focus more on client care but all in all it was a wonderful. It isn’t a posh spa, it’s more a quaint escape, but very relaxing regardless. My friend and I had read the reviews after buying a Groupon and were a little weary, but I’m extremely glad we went. Don’t judge a book by its cover, these ladies know how to make you shine like a new penny!

Very poor management. I ordered a massage through Groupon and gifted it to my mother. She scheduled an appointment and when she arrived no one was present at the spa. She went to the nail salon next door (same owner) and was informed by an employee that no one was working at the spa that day. The employee went over and checked the books at the spa and the appointment for my mother was there. The employee contacted the owner, and the employee requested that my mother reschedule and told my mother that the owner would be contacting her regarding the problem. The owner did not call.

I came there for the groupon and as soon as she started doing my nails I had a bad feeling. The end result of my nails was worst than I could have imagined. I am getting married this week and she ruined my nails. I ended up having to go to another nail salon to fix the damages. I will never go to this establishment again. Their pedicures are fine though. This whole thing cost me way more than I had intended. I believe I should get my money back but I don’t want to spend another 2 hours there for nothing.

Probably the most frustrating, inconvenient, and unprofessional nail salon and spa I have ever experienced. I was a thrilled recipient of a Groupon Gift Certificate for a 60 min. massage, pedicure, and facial. When I called to book the appointment, I was told that the the facial specialist may not be available and that they would double check and get back to me. I never got a call back. I waited a few days before following up myself, only to receive a voice message recording. Several attempts and messages later, I finally got a person on the phone later in the week. I had an appointment for 2:00pm for my pedicure and a 3:00pm appt for a massage.

Only because I have to give a star. Bought a Groupon and for three days tried to schedule an appointment. I even used their web link to set up an appointment; however, never received a confirmation of the appointment. Called and left a message, never got a callback. Showed up at the shop, no one knew anything. Threw the owner under the bus and never wrote down my appointment. Awaiting a refund from Groupon.

First, do not walk in expecting high class, top dollar decor or set up as there wasn’t even a receptionist at the desk. Howeaver, Carol and Taylor were a great team! Carol checked us in in between prepping the room. Carol gave a wonderful massage and listened to what I wanted/needed. Taylor was friendly and my face feels amazing! The two of them made up for the first impression. They don’t currently have a nail tech, so we were offered facial waxing instead with our package which was nice (and needed on my part.) Also, a couple’s package doesn’t mean you’ll be in the same room as the rooms only fit 1 client at a time.

Got a coupon for this online and regret wasting my money. When I arrived there was no one there to help me. I had to ask the shop next door for help. My nail tech was 20 minutes late for my appointment. My nails turned out fine, but the atmosphere wasn’t the best. The salon wasn’t clean. They didn’t use new tools to work on me. And there were no wrappers for the pedicure baths.

Bought a 67.00 whitening treatment. Made an appointment and the person did not show up to complete the process. Took half a day and traveled 1 and 1/2 hours to wait for 1/2 for someone who never showed up. My teeth are the same color no shades lighter like it claims. The place is not very clean, and is unorganized. Don’t waste your money or time.
