I had a lash appointment scheduled at 9:00am today and of course I overslept but it happens. I get that it was 9:20am and I could no longer have my appointment. However, they then go to tell me they will have to charge me the rest of the full price after I put my 50 dollar deposit down. This was never mentioned over the phone, and I did not even find this policy on their website until I looked at the very bottom of their page. I understand being late is not acceptable and a waste of their time, but isn’t that what the 50 dollar deposit is for? I get everyone has their own issues and it is my fault, but being aware of this before hand would have been nice because I would not have scheduled here.

There were plenty of products to purchase for reasonable prices. The owner Dana is very friendly, down to earth and knowledgeable of her business! I didn’t catch the woman’s name that did my massage but it was the best one I have ever received. I felt very relaxed afterwards and slept like a baby that night. Recently went to Bliss Skin Spa last Sunday for the first time. The presentation of the spa is clean and organized. There were plenty of products to purchase for reasonable prices. The owner Dana is very friendly, down to earth and knowledgeable of her business! I didn’t catch the woman’s name that did my massage but it was the best one I have ever received. Definitely a must do! What an enchanting and “Bliss”ful experience. I had the express facial treatment and this was my first ever. I will definitely be coming back! Dana is wonderful and the shop is beautiful.
