Very good experience with the new stylist Nicole. Not only did she take her time with my hair but she is making my hair become my reality of the goal I set for it. Went on 2/2/22 to get bright purple hair. Before I made the appointment, I was assured they could. Newsflash, they didn’t. Charged me $122 (I had a waxing service that was fine). The stylist mentioned more than once that she knew it wasn’t what I wanted and I told her I wasn’t happy. Still was charged $152 w/tip ( idk why I always tip but I always do, unhappy or not). Ended up getting more upset as I was driving home so I called and spoke on the manager, Sam. She rebooked me with Tyler at 9am. While Tyler got closer it was still hot pink AND I was changed for services. The only reason I came back is because it wasn’t done right the first time and I absolutely shouldn’t have been charged for them to try, and fail, to fix their mistake. So in the end I paid close to $300 to not get what I asked for.

I brought my son in for a much needed haircut. Masks on etc. noted your table by the door offering masks He got his hair cut but as we were paying another customer arrived. No mask on. You did offer him a mask and he said simply “no” and you the new owner told him to come right in and have a seat. You could have told him politely sorry but we can’t serve you then. You had the sign on the door. You had every right to ask him to don a mask or leave you didn’t. My family will never never return to your salon and I’m very serious

Got the best cut off my life last month. Went back today to a different stylist and I’m absolutely mortified by my hair. Left too embarrassed to even complain. Everyone there knew it was awful, too. Will not be returning.
