Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy wife received a color and highlights treatment by Shelby. Upon completion of treatment, the color was not what my wife had asked and paid for. The stylist could tell immediately upon completion that the color was off. Instead of attempting to correct the situation, the stylist told my wife to go home and see how she liked it in the morning. She also related if my wife was still unhappy with the unexpected outcome that she could contact the salon and they would recolor to the originally desired color. Obviously the next day my wife was very unhappy with the service. The first attempt my wife to contact Shelby, the receptionist stated that Shelby was busy with a client and would call her back after her appointment. Two days later still no return call, my wife called again. The receptionist stated Shelby was busy and would call back. An hour later my wife called back and was told Shelby was not scheduled that day. How weird. My wife not only received a very poorly rendered service that she was charged top dollar for, but the lack of customer service and professionalism that was followed up with is beyond understanding. My wife received a color and highlights treatment by Shelby. Upon completion of treatment, the color was not what my wife had asked and paid for.
