Not at all impressed with this place. First time there for services and the girl had the receptionist call to change from 1 to 1:30. Waited til 1:45. Finally walked out. The receptionist didn’t even apologize. Just looked at me as if she was better then I am. I wouldn’t recommend this place ever!!!!!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueCalled right when they opened and they had day of available appointments! I had a hair emergency and needed something right away. My daughter has been wanting bangs for awhile too so I added her to the appointment! We were greeted by friendly staff! The salon was clean and beautifully set up. I don’t get a chance to go into the boutique but my daughter did and she loved it! Julie was our stylist and we enjoyed our time with her. She was knowledgeable, on time and was so nice! We’re new to town so she gave us some great places to to see and eat! Michael and another stylist even talked with us! Great staff, and again beautiful salon! We will absolutely be back for future cuts and styles! Lisa did an AMAZING job cutting my curly hair and advising me on the best methods for washing, styling, and figuring out what products work best with my mane. The salon was a little hard to find since it’s a corner store, but they had an excellent vibe once we entered the building.
