I first started going to Bliss Salon over 10 years ago, and I must say that I have never had a negative experience. Simona is very personable and I know that I will always be extremely satisfied with the outcome of my hairdo, whether that be a cut, color or style of any sort! Even when I moved to the Philadelphia area, I made it a point to drive back to Reading in order to have my hair done at Bliss. No matter the reason for the appointment, I am always impressed by her professionalism and talent. I recommend Bliss Salon to all of my friends!

I have been going to Bliss for a long time. Never had a problem and always love my hair. She is honest and will tell you if she does not feel your hair could handle certain chemicals. Any other place would do what you ask just to make a buck. As for the lady that rated her 1 star. If it was truly a bad cut I would have posted a picture of it. A picture is worth a 1,000 words just saying. Sounds like you were looking for a free cut.

I took my 6 yrs old daughter here, today. She wanted to donate her hair so she had long blonde beautiful hair!! My 6 yr old told the lady, she was so excited to donate her hair. Her first comment was I don’t do free haircuts for donating hair! I should’ve just walked out right then, but I didn’t want to upset my 6yr old who was so eagerly waiting to give away her hair to help someone else. Mind you I wasnt looking for a free haircut for donating!! She didn’t know the donation requirements at all. She was gonna just throw it in a hair band n cut it off! I informed her that it had to be freshly washed n dried before being cut. She seemed annoyed. 2nd point I shuda walked away, but my daughters still going on about how she’s gonna help some girl feel beautiful bc she’s sharing her her to make a wig! Next my daughter is almost in tears bc the hair dryer is burning her head! More annoyed, the lady says nothing! Just huffs n puffs like a freaking train! Well, next, she didn’t even measure her hair, hacked it off n that was it! The style she ended up with was way shorter than the one I had showed her. I told her no layers. She was left with a seriously crooked bob cut! I I told her just stop, don’t touch my daughters hair again! I threw 20 on the counter n walked out! Absolute worst hair cut experience ever! Especially for my 6 yr olds first experience in a hair salon!! I was heated and wouldnt recommend her to cut my cats hair!
