Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismYesterday was my first time visiting via personal referral, and I have found my new nail salon home. The shop is bright and clean without any harsh chemicals smells (due to the fact that they don’t use acrylic). They employ great sanitation practices and even have plexiglass dividers (a plus for me). My appt was at 10A and they were ready when I walked in the door. My pedicure was amazing and my favorite new nail tech (Danny) is the absolute TRUTH!!! I showed him and his wife (Hailey) a picture of what I wanted for inspiration and he executed with perfection. The cherry on the top for me, was Danny knowing how to pronounce my name without me having to tell him. The fact that he took the time to think through it before just assuming was HUGE for me. I’ve known people for years who still don’t know how to properly pronounce my name. I’m not going anywhere else… this is home for my nail care services!UPDATE: Danny does it again!!! I’m convinced… he is the one of the BEST nail techs in the area. The shop is bright and clean without any harsh chemicals smells (due to the fact that they don’t use acrylic). It saddens me to see the bad reviews on this salon as i have been coming here for more than a year and have never had a bad experience. I am a woman of color, yet I have never felt discriminated against. I get dip powder done by Danny every mmonth and he is very personable and tries to make sure everyone is happy with their service and their nail tech. When I come in, I am greeted by everyone, especially Danny and Hailey who know me by my first name. They treat me as a part of their family. I travel here from Baltimore and I will never go to another salon.

Found this salon when my regular salon was booked up and I needed a fill, they don’t do acrylic here, so I ended up having the acrylics taken off and a dip done. I like the dip over acrylic and the staff here has won me over. I’ve made this my new salon. Everyone I have had services with since has been very friendly and pleasant as well as good at what they do. I’ve brought my daughter here as well. I’ve shown them pictures of nail art and every time it’s been done exactly as requested! When I have booked online they are ready when you arrive, but they have also squeezed me in without an appointment towards the end of the day. They are the best in the area! The salon itself is great as well, no chemical smell whatsoever and always clean.

Staff here are so lovely and welcoming. I’m new to the US, but when I first came here TeeTee was amazing and did such a good job with my nails. I showed her a photo of what I wanted which she matched perfectly – and continues to do so. She shapes my nails just how I like them, and works with such care and detail. Dip powder is also new to me, but is a much more pleasant process than acrylic which leaves my nails looking and feeling great. I’ve never had one damage or break. The quality and service is so worth it that I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you all
