I have made a handful of visits to this salon, mostly for pedicures. No issues or complaints for the pedicures. I do wish they would take a little more time on them though. I visited this salon again a few days ago and as expected, they were quite busy. I waited about 20 minutes to be attended to. I had gel x nails on (that were not done here), asked for a removal and a placement of a new acrylic set. The removal was done effectively and correctly. I showed an example picture of what I wanted done, they were coffin shaped nails with the color being natural white. First error I noticed was the tips that were used were way too small for my nail bed. The tech had to keep pushing them down because they kept popping up. They did not reach from sidewall to sidewall on my nail bed causing gaps to be made when the acrylic was laid. Once the acrylic was laid and it came time to perfect the shape of the acrylic, the tech cut EIGHT of my fingers! EIGHT! It doesn’t take much to realize that you have cut a client as I was bleeding from all 8 fingers. The tech was aware as they had told me that they were sorry but they cut my fingers a bit. When I went to the register to pay, I was told it was going to be $110. I asked for $5 off because EIGHT of my fingers got cut. I shouldve asked for more of a discount. I was given a smirk and told SURE OK OK. $105. I still tipped the tech as well. 2 days later and my cuticles are swollen and sore with scabs. The scabs definitely complete the look, Bliss. I firmly believe that only a handful of the techs are licensed. There is no way that they are this comfortable being that rough and having a license. I will not be back to this salon and will not recommend them to anyone I know because it seems no matter what time of year or day it is, they want to get you in and out as quick as possible. This is a true chop shop. Staff shortage or not, it is your responsibility as a business to provide the best service possible to your PAYING clients; and when an issue emerges, it is also your responsibility to make it right. Not smirk and give an eyeroll making the client feel as if they’re in the wrong. Do better.

They have the greatest selection of colors for powder dip and the still use regular nail polish too. Very clean and comfortable. They helped me to honor my Mom with her favorite color and butterflies.

I always come here to get a shellac pedicure and dip on my fingernails. There’s a tech, her seat is usually 5, who rushes and does not take the time to correctly shape the nails. I’ve had her before but maybe thought she was having a bad day, as we all do. Gave her a second chance this time. This time around, my nails are crooked most of them aren’t even the same length or shape. When asked if she could fix a crooked nail I was met with silence and still she didn’t fix the problem. Then was left at the drying table with no one to come check on me. Had to get up and asked someone else to check me out with not even cuticle oil to finish the service. As a customer paying 100+ dollars for a service, I’m disappointed and wish I would get better service. There have been few times where I have left satisfied.

This is my first time ever coming in here today and this place was phenomenal! I really wanted to try dip powder for the first time and I already love it! The girl who did my nails did a great job also! She was very nice as well. They definitely make you feel welcomed whether you have an appointment or you just come as a walk in! It is really hard to find a good nail place but I’m glad I found one. I will definitely be back! 🙂

I love this nail spa. They make me feel so welcomed and accommodate my needs from the time I walk in the door until the time I leave. It’s very relaxing up to date and clean. They do great quality work and a lot of add ons for pedicures with designs and full relaxation. I highly recommend this nail shop they make you sparkle 🙂

This is my first time coming to this location and I loved it! I had Quinn/Quyen and she was so detailed and gentle. I got shellac pedicure and dip manicure. I needed to get a natural sheer dip on my fingers due to school and she did exactly what I asked. She really took her time with the massage and cleaning up my cuticles. She also added two tips on my fingers because the last set I had, my natural nails broke and they were so much more short and tender to the touch than my other grown out dip nails. She wanted to make sure that all my nails looked aesthetically pleasing and not two super short nails. If that makes sense lol. Also, I’ve seen some reviews that they overcharged but I was charged exactly what was posted on the website. I’ll for sure be going back to her and this location. To add onto it, their stations were clean, they sterilize their tools (my old salon used to until my last visit and I had to speak up for them to get new tools… reason why I left). But yes! This is worth the visit! I’ll be back. Thank you Bliss and Quinn!

I would not recommend going to this nail salon! During my pedicure the girl never did my cuticles, never scrubbed the bottom of the feet or put lotion which is standard when you receive even a basic pedicure. Also, I booked an appt for fills and manicure the guy forgot to do my manicure and messed up my nails twice doing chrome polish. Then after the second time of fixing them he told me sorry this chrome chips I can’t re do them again. I was charged $70 with no manicure for fills this salon is a price gauging big time! Horrible customer service! I looked like I did my nails myself!
