My mother has been to this salon numerous times. She went in for a pedicure by appointment, not a walk in. The lady who did her pedicure was beyond rude. She never asked her which pedicure she wanted. She barely cut her toenails and when asked to cut more, was incredibly rude. When handling her cuticles she was so rough, it was painful. My mother is a diabetic and any injury could take time to heal. She didn’t do her heels with the callus remover and said she didn’t pay for that kind of pedicure ?? Okay, she said she would happily pay it. Her massage was beyond ridiculous meaning there was NO massage, and when pointed out, the lady was so unbelievably rude, said no that’s it, she had more customers to do… umm, the salon was empty. Even if she did have other customers, you need to finish with the customer you are with. I think she assumed my mother never had a pedicure before, and knew exactly what she was paying for, cause she definitely does… and always makes sure good service is appreciated and acknowledged, and will use the establishment again. That is why this was so disheartening. We will not be returning here again. Honestly, how anyone like that is allowed to remain in that job is incomprehensible to me. In any other instance service like this would never be acceptable to anyone, how is it they can still expect to be tipped at the end of all that ?

Please, please do not go here. I have never left a bad review under a business and I make it a point to be easygoing and kind to people doing a service for me. I have never asked for a service refunded before. But this experience was so bad. I walked out with poorly-shaped nails that looked absolutely nothing like my reference photo. Firstly, the color was completely different. I showed her a medium and forest green but came out with white and teal. The marble design was different from what I asked for and was poorly done. Instead of subtle swirls, I got bold and patchy strokes. Everyone I have shown agrees they look poorly done. I am not trying to be complacent and overly negative, just warn people about my experience.

They don’t know how to make a real pedicure they just basically paint your toe nails and not even well and the manicure they don’t care what you want and the answer for me was I do this I know how this suppose to look so don’t recommend at all and I’m definitely never ever coming back

Worst experience ever. Had appointment pedicure at 3pm. They just put me on the chair and turn the water on. At 3:20 after I complained, somebody came to my chair. While she was walking towards me, part of her tools fail on the ground and she just returned it to the basket. She just wanted to start cutting my nails whit out any preparation to my feet. I ask her what she is doing, because nobody prepared my feet for pedicure and I was just sitting on the chair in plain water. Everybody that works in the salon start yelling at me. “If you don’t like it, don’t come” For sure I will not. Maybe they are satisfied with the clients they got and don’t need new one. I walk out of this salon because there is a plenty of nail salons, and I will find someone who appreciate clients time and money.

Usually I do not leave any comments on any business. It was 1st time in my life not leaving any tip. I just came back from and it was the worst service I ever had. The lady (black cap/black frame glass) was very rude and unprofessional and the quality of service was terrible. She spent about a minute for the trimming and it was without soaking. As she had done half axx job it looked worse than I walked in with. Also, as she rushed, she missed a few spot and a few spots started to peel after walking out. I had been going to your business for many years but this was the worst.

I’ve been here multiple times before and have never had a bad experience until today. Nail tech was rushed and never spoke to me, then over-charged me. She filed my nails but never shaped them, and the polish is also uneven and bumpy. She rushed through my appointment just so she could get her own nails done as soon as she finished mine. Horrible service and I will not be coming back after this experience.

My wife had a Horrible experience at Bliss Nails and Spa on Long Lake and Telegraph. During her pedicure, the pedicurist applied something to her leg that caused immediate pain and then an enormous rash. Did the pedicurist show any concern? NO! She simply looked away and said nothing. The owner happened to walk over a few minutes later, saw the rash, and while my wife was silent, exclaimed, ”We didn’t do that!” Again, no remorse , concern, or accountability! Fran has gone to that salon for years. Had they shown any concern, she would never have asked me to write this review. By the way, this happened two days ago, and she still has the rash and is going to see her Dermatologist today. Be forewarned!
