I went to bliss to get a regular pedicure and manicure. The place is absolutely gorgeous and smells delightful. The pricing is average but I loved that everything was super clean and the customer service was great. What made then lose a star for me was the performance. I get my nails done every two weeks at several different places and the lady that helped me today was just not good at doing a maní pedí. She was extremely sweet but couldn’t even properly cut my nails the way I wanted it to be done. Overall, I will probably try this place again but with someone else.

I usually go to Avalon nails which shout out to Tran- is one of the best manicurists in town, but they are moving so needed a stop gap. The technician seemed to be rushing, which made me somewhat anxious. I asked if she had an appointment on the way, she said” no, she always works like this.” I am accustomed to a relaxing manicure experience. This wasn’t that. Also, this salon charges more than my normal salon, yet it does not offer one-time use buffers or filing boards. For these reasons, I will not be a return customer. PS I tried to leave a review on their site but when I put in two stars, it said review must be longer than 300 characters. When I put in 4 stars (with same language), it was ready to accept review. Shady!

I have used this place before and always had an enjoyable experience. However, yesterday was my first experience back since Covid and it was awful. I am disabled, so I get gelish on my toes as normal polish does not last. We made an appointment and told them I was doing gelish. The entire time the technician was saying, she couldn’t do gelish and complaining. I finally said to the person I was with I was getting frustrated and I wish she would just listen to me. She finally calmed down and got the service done. She only did 2 coats of polish on my toes, I usually get 3. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to listen to her complain anymore. Now I’m regretting it as the polish is already starting to wear!
