I always show her pictures of what I’d like and she always gets them perfect and my nails don’t break or lift. I’ve always gotten crystal gel and it’s worth every penny. I loved how perfect Tina shaped my nails and how nicely done they came out. However, I would have love for her to have some sort of communication and give me her input on the colors I selected. For example the colors I chose for the design was barely noticeable. She should have told me this when she painted the first nail or ask me if I want to change the color.

this was my first time visiting here and I was disappointed after all the other positive reviews. I did a regular manicure, it was standard, a little short, but overall, no complaints there. I was charged $10 extra for a sub par design on my nails after the technician couldn’t do what I originally wanted. I’m fine with paying extra for a design but did not feel this was worth an extra $10, or at the least she could have said she was charging that much and I wouldn’t have done it. I did inquire about this when I went to pay. Unfortunately, will likely not return.

The ladies and gentlemen are very nice and welcoming. The process is smooth and hassle free. Helen and Mia have done my nails and they both did a wonderful job. I did not make an appointment the first time but I didn’t have to wait too long. The ambiance of the place is very nice and peaceful. Definitely would recommend!
