Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been coming to Bliss off and on for more than 2 years. The ONLY explanation for my “off and on” patronage is that we moved from living right down the road to Watchung, where it’s about a 25 minute drive to get to the salon. I tried two other salons, one in Warren and one in Gillette, and was not happy at either for the cost of the service based on the result of the service. The whole time I was at both of those other salons I couldn’t help but think, “That’s not how they do it at Bliss…” Needless to say, I am a loyal customer at Bliss! From scheduling your appointment to the final product, the whole experience is a pleasant one. Every pedicure I’ve gotten there has been so relaxing, and that’s not even adding anything fancy to the menu: just a regular pedicure! I dabbled in gel manicures and my nails fell apart (when I went elsewhere…) and I recently went to Bliss to correct the issue. She used UV gel to help bond the nails that were broken too short and I opted for the dip powder to give my nails a stronger, more resilient finish that would stand up to being a busy working mom of a 1-year-old, and I was reminded that THIS is my place; this is where I feel the best about the products and services that I receive. I have been coming to Bliss off and on for more than 2 years. The ONLY explanation for my “off and on” patronage is that we moved from living right down the road to Watchung, where it’s about a 25 minute drive to get to the salon.
