They recommended this salon to me and I will never return, the massage and treatments were excellent, but the pedicure was fatal; they did not clean or fix my fingers and feet as if they had not been done, and the workers were very antisocial;look at the photos closely and you go your comments

Bug plus for taking me in on no notice. Its a good place for a last min pedicure. The pedicure was good. Service was excellent. Nothing above average, but no serious complaints. I do think it was way too bright in there and my eyes hurt, I wish they dimmed the lights. As much as the service was great, the atmosphere could be better; it wasn’t very relaxing with the bright white hospital lights. Also I think there was no top coat and definitely no lotion at the end. I didn’t think of it until I got home and sat for a while and felt my feet got very dry. I put lotion 9n my feet and they feel great though. It was a good pedicure but nothing above avg so the rating is somewhere in the middle

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI read google reviews on a few places and I chose this place. I was welcomed warmly and assisted. My pedicure was spectacular, (I don’t know the name of the lady: she was pregnant, thank you ). I have never had a pedicure that left my feet feeling so smooth as a baby’s feet. The lady really took her time to remove all the calluses from my feet.I asked for French nails and Cloe suggested the dipping powder, I was a little skeptical because I had a bad experience with that method, but she assured me that it would last so I decided to give it a try. And one week later my nails are still looking just as new, unlike my past experience with dipping powder, the nails lifted one week later.I am so pleased with the overall care, and my eyebrows were done really beautifully by Cloe. Thank you Cloe, I will ask for you next time I come to bliss. I have had 2 amazing manicures done here in the past month! The gel manicure lasted so long! May takes her time and gives each nail attention, and gives an excellent back massage at the end. Would highly recommend !!

I’ll start off by saying 1.) I never write reviews unless it’s absolutely necessary and 2.) the people who work there are nice and did a good job, except for cutting my toe and making it bleed with cuticle clippers, which was lovely. My issue is, this was the absolute dirtiest nail salon I’ve ever been in, hands down. The entire place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years and that is no exaggeration. Everything from the manicure tables to the nail drying lamp to the manicure and pedicure chairs to the floor was DISGUSTING. I had to ask them to clean the manicure station and wipe out the nail lamp amongst other things before we even started and along the way. Horrified and feel like I need to shower after being in that establishment. I will never be going back, obviously.

2022: One nail tech in particular is not great at all. She did not listen once to what I wanted. She did what she wanted and poorly. A five minute massage was under a minute with her. Did gel nails but she did not do a manicure. Only color.

Absolutely love this place. I’ve been going since November and have never been disappointed. Every staff member is sooo nice and take their time on your nails. The place itself is always spotless and has relaxing music playing. I got dip powder and a chair massage from May last night and it was perfect! Highly recommend.
