Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismMike the owner is awesome. He did a great job. I took away a star due to the price. I received a basic pedicure as well, and left out paying $141 dollars. I’ve never paid this price in my life. Although he did a good job, just too expensive for me. Will be back maybe every other month though.

She helped me match colors I wanted. I get overwhelmed trying to find the colors I’d like sometimes. She was quick to find the exact ones! Great experience last week! Ashley was my tech and she was so nice and did the best job I’ve had on my nails. She helped me match colors I wanted. I get overwhelmed trying to find the colors I’d like sometimes. She was quick to find the exact ones! My friend had Mike that day and her nails looked amazing as well! I will definitely be back!

Critical: Quality, ValueWent in for a prime time 5:30 app and the place was empty my husband and I opted for the jelly pedicure. Both of our techs were gentle, my husbands was very interactive and welcoming. However, I mentioned to mine not using the cheese grater, she said I didn’t need it because my feet were soft, but they had been soaking in softening jelly they are now rough and dry looking on my heels and tops of my toes. Then at the end I explained there was dead skin all around my toe nails and that they were not even she told me that wasn’t my cuticle that my cuticles were clear. Look idk about y’all but when I go to get a pedicure I expect my toes to look clean and clear and feel smooth when I leave. Another fail on the endless terrible pedicures in this city. Went in for a prime time 5:30 app and the place was empty my husband and I opted for the jelly pedicure. Both of our techs were gentle, my husbands was very interactive and welcoming. Critical: ProfessionalismUpon not finding online appointments available on their website and not seeing any indication that they required appointments, we walked into this establishment to inquire about the manicure and pedicure offerings. They stated that an appointment would be needed and we made one for a couple of hours later. When asked about the pricing of the manicures and pedicures offered, they only shared the basic option and did not mention any of the more luxury options listed on their website which is what we were seeking.When we returned, we were not greeted by anyone on the staff or given any instructions to prepare for our appointment. Another patron walked in behind us and was greeted and told to select her nail polish color. Upon not finding online appointments available on their website and not seeing any indication that they required appointments, we walked into this establishment to inquire about the manicure and pedicure offerings. They stated that an appointment would be needed and we made one for a couple of hours later. Critical: ProfessionalismMike was very rude when he accidentally almost cut my toe cuticle today while removing the gel from my toes with the nail drill… this is not the first time this has happened. and instead of putting himself in the client’s shoes, he manifested himself annoyed and despotic. very unprofessional. However, Nene on the other hand, she is a sweetheart, very professional, sweet and competent.
