Manager Ashley did my nails and did an amazing job! My nails and cuticles have never looked this good. She was meticulous and thorough. She’s professional and wants to make sure the customer is satisfied with the final outcome. I can see she runs the business well as she greeted every customer entering. Brand new salon. Very clean. Very friendly staff. I walked in. This is the best nail salon in Yulee. The staff are very attentive did not rush and I had the best pedicure ever. I’ve been here a few times since it has been opened and I always enjoyed everything about their service, but today I left unhappy. The woman doing my pedicure service was great, but then she switched out with a male who painted my nails. He didn’t let the clear coat underneath my color or my color polish dry before the next application, so everything smeared together. There is color and clear polish on my skin surrounding my nails. One of my nails isn’t even fully painted on the side. I feel as though the paint was rushed because I didn’t opt for one of the most expensive pedicures and because I didn’t get gel polish. I was clearly unhappy looking at my nails so the person taking my payment asked if everything was okay. I told her no and that my nails didn’t look nearly as good as they normally do. She didn’t say anything to that and I left. This is an outing that I thoroughly enjoy and look forward to as I am a stay at home mom, and it’s a shame that didn’t get the service that I’m normally used to. I probably won’t come back here.
