The quality of work is superb but their front desk management is far from that. I visited on 2/11/22 and had a reservation for four pedicures. When I called to schedule this two weeks in advance, I spoke to a gentleman who was very short and made little effort to collect details or show kind customer service. When we showed up for our appointment, we specified gel pedicures and he was visibly rude to us for having decided to do gel. If it mattered, why wouldn’t that information be collected at the time of scheduling? Secondly, that service costs more, therefore shouldn’t he be happy that our bill will be greater? We also added a manicure. He was frustrated by us and was talking under his breath. It made us very uncomfortable and felt downright rude in front of paying customers. While the technicians were sweet and did a great thorough job, we will not be back due to our experience.

The customer service here was terrible. When I called the man who set up the appointments was extremely rude. Then when we arrived it must have been the same man who answered the phone at the front of the salon. He was extremely curt and did not explain any options to us. Then we sat down and the lady doing my mani/pedi said that if I want to get my foot scrub to get the deluxe mani/pedi. So I asked to add this, she told the grumpy man, and he literally paused gave us a dirty look, rolled his eyes and then begrudgingly agreed. Then there was someone doing my mani and someone doing the pedi. When I went to add tip the grumpy man told me “it’s better to give the tip to each person” but I didn’t have enough change to split it between 4 ppl (which I think is ridiculous to do). So I went back to ask the grumpy man for change and he rolled his eyes again. So I gave 6-7 dollars to each person and the lady who I gave it to didn’t say thanks she looked at me as though 20% wasn’t enough. Oh and they barely did a callous/heel scrub. Never going again.

I love that all of their polishes are organized by color light to dark; this makes it so much easier to select a color as you can more clearly differentiate between shades of similar colors. The salon is beautiful- clean and well lit. Gina did a great job with my nails and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary shoulder massage by Alex. It was a really nice treat. Overall, excellent experience highly recommended

The best salon experience I have ever had. The salon is gorgeous and the atmosphere is so relaxing! Reasonable prices and expert service. Alejandra did my French gel pedicure and it is so perfect. Gabby did my gel manicure and she gives the best hand massage ever. Highly, highly recommend this salon! You will not regret going here!

This establishment has made me infuriated! Times and times again I have trusted this salon with my nails, and they have succeeded greatly. Although, I will no longer be attending this salon. I made a RESERVATION on Saturday morning for my mother in law, daughter and myself. We came in on Sunday afternoon and not a single person welcomed us into the salon, which was very strange. After a ten minute wait, a very sharp toned woman, told us to pick our colors, after we did. We then waited another five minutes and not a single person took us back or even bothered to speak to us. I would maybe understand this if we had a walk in appointment, yet we had a reservation. After 15 minutes of waiting, we were not helped so we eventually left. If I could give this establishment 0 stars, I would. I am highly disappointed in this awful service.
