This place is spectacular. The ladies are so sweet and listened to my every request. They are fast but careful and make sure you get exactly what you want. I came to them at first to fix a bad nail job I had done somewhere else and they made my less than stellar set look infinitely better. A fill with the moon design was $50, and we’ll worth it. This is my new go to nail place!

My expectations were probably too high visiting from AZ. I asked if they do dip and they claimed they did. I had a rainbow effect I chose and I had to ask to have her do them over so many times it was crazy. She used the pink brush on the blue so it had blue in the pink then pink in the purple and so on. I was starting to feel so bad to keep asking for it to be done over again and again. I clearly set out yellow orange pink blue purple and she dipped two in yellow. Then got orange all over the yellow as she fixed it. My thumb nails were one curved down one curved up. I gave her like 50% tip because it took so long to fix all the mistakes. The next day they were peeling off and because I was visiting I chopped them all off and bought a stone to remove them. I had two friends with me, everything they asked for they were told no. They don’t do gems they don’t do decals etc. my friends got acrylic and they actually did look nice. If I had known they have no clue how to do the powder dip I would have asked for the same. Maybe they’re good just don’t do dip powder because they have no idea how.

This is my Go to place.. however the last time before this time I had an appointment I always have and appointment So I don’t sit and wait I waited and extra 45 minutes after my appointment. Then this time I came in and they told me I need a whole new set to do the white and pink ombré when I have done it 2 times here before and not one problem never had to take my nails off and start with a new set! The ladies were mean my nails were not even. The gentleman that works here is the only nice one and does what I ask without trying to encourage me to do something other than what I asked for. And here I am still waiting even though there is 2 woman walking around talking.

I showed it to another tech who tried to help by adding another top coat. But unfortunately either my toe nails weren’t dry before polish or some oil was left on. Friendly staff, clean salon with lots of color choices and services. But.. worst polish application I’ve ever had. Polish was bumpy and sloppy. The experience was ok. The ladies are really nice but they sat there and talked amongst three of them the entire time during the appointment which sort of made my boyfriend and I not be able to converse very well, we didn’t want to talk over them but we thought it was kind of weird they were at social hour the entire time. It’s not a cheap thing to go there and partake in and it just sort of seems unprofessional and made us feel sort of like an inconvenience. Also we got there an hour before they closed and we were rushed out the door with 20 minutes before they were supposed to close and my nails and my toes got messed up as a result so that was pretty annoying. I haven’t had a mani-pedi in here so I don’t know if the prices were reasonable but the manicure with regular nail polish was 16 bucks and the pedicure was 25. A couple days later the Polish is staying on my fingers pretty well and looks somebody decent around the cuticle beds although they weren’t removed very carefully and closely on a couple my fingers.

I had an amazing experience the first time I went. The guy that did my nails was so gentle and took his time, they turned out BEAUTIFUL and I appreciated it so much I tipped him $20. I go for a fill and was very disappointed… the lady who started my nails was gentle and took her time but for some reason she switched clients and I got another lady to paint my nails and she rushed it and made the polish so bumpy… it really is unfortunate that you pay for a service to be done and they don’t dedicate their time to you. The clients notice when effort is not there… I pay with MY hard work for money and give it to these people only to feel disrespected by the service I received.

I have found my new nail salon! The atmosphere was amazing. It is the most comfortable I have ever been getting my nails done. Such a friendly staff! And they have liquid gel nails and do an amazing job doing them.

I have been going to Bliss nails for over a year, and have never has a negative visit. The business is clean, with an incredible amount of services and products. Kha in particular is a very talented free hand nail artist. The employees are professional and very nice. Bliss is definately a hidden gem in Tumwater. Easy access, easy parking and great service. And right behind Costco the next time you shop!
