Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been going to Bliss Nails since it first opened back in the early 2000s when I was in high school. Amy and her nail techs have done my nails for SO many different occasions—dances, graduations, weddings, vacations, you name it! They always accept walk-ins without an appointment, which is great. Sometimes I’ve done a walk-in after work and they’ve even stayed late to accommodate me, but the quality is never sacrificed. They have a great selection of colors in both regular and gel polish (and always help me find matching colors), as well as reasonable prices. The massage chairs are great for relaxing pedicures (I highly recommend the Honey & Milk Spa pedicure, which includes a 15-minute leg massage, hot stone, and callus treatment. So relaxing and my feet always feel amazing after! If you forget flip flops (which I often do) they’ll give you temporary ones or wrap your feet so you don’t have to ruin your toes on your way home. Nice quick massages after manicures (these always make me want to pay extra for a massage!). I also get my eyebrows waxed here and they always do an awesome job—quick, painless, thorough, and cheap! I tried a free wax at European Wax Center once; Bliss does just as great a job, if not better, in much less time and for a much lower cost. The salon also offers free WiFi for clients and a business card visit tracker that earns you $10 off after your 10th visit. I keep meaning to ask about their cash-back rewards program. Salon is always clean, everything is sanitized routinely. And one of the things I love most is that they’ll fix my nails if they chip within a few days; I can come back and they’ll take care of it for no charge! Just started upping my tip amount because the customer service is always great. They told me I could not use the bathroom bc I wasn’t a paying customer. I stopped in with the intention of getting a pedicure, but first I needed to use the bathroom. They told me I could not use the bathroom bc I wasn’t a paying customer. I told them I wanted a pedicure and they told me they had no availability today, and since they had no availability today I could only use the bathroom on the day of my appointment! I would never give this establishment my money!
