Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Value* UPDATED REVIEW* sadly this nail salon doesn’t value there customers – when they first opened Nicole was so sweet – she is now SO RUDE, and beyond unprofessional. After booking an appointment and driving 35 mins one way, I was told to reschedule my appointment because I was late – ( mind you I called and explained there was construction and kept her updated) when I arrived no one was in the salon, ( I felt like they where purposely hiding from me ) and she had NO other clients scheduled in her book! Not to mention every time I would go there, I was charged a different price for the same service!! There is no price list and they just make up prices, with no explanation as to why ! I have spent hundreds of dollars here and to be treated with such disrespect is deplorable! When this business first opened I was there to support Nicole and even recommended that she bring poly-gel into her salon.. sadly the owner has set her sights on other things and forgot who was there to support her in the beginning! I would NOT recommend going here – unless you want to be treated like cattle and have them look at you like a money sign as soon as you walk through the door … I will not support a business that doesn’t value my business or time !! Plus I found a much better nail salon VIP right around the corner that also has poly – gel !!——————————————————————————————-My new forever nail salon!!
